Women's Cross Country

Cross Country Teams Brave the Elements at National Championship

On November 8, the Seminole State Men's and Women's Cross Country teams braved cold and snowy conditions in Fort Dodge, Iowa, to compete in the NJCAA National Championship.

On the men's side, sophomore Myles Egerton led the Raiders with a strong 8K performance, finishing in 28:28.9 and helping the team secure a 28th-place finish nationally. For the women, sophomore Rachel Horsford paced the team with a 22:07.3 5K, as the Lady Raiders earned a 25th-place finish in the country.
