ORLANDO, Florida – Coach Tucker Morgan knew his Men's & Women's Team would have more depth this year and after Friday's UCF Invitational results (JUCO Division) he now knows they also have a competitive fire. Both teams had solid first meet results as the Women won the UCF Invite (JUCO Division) and the Men placed second. Freshman
Morgan Harvill (pictured right) took the individual honors and Myles Egerton (lower right), also a freshman, was top finisher for the Raiders (sixth) in the men's race. Both were 5k events.
"If we fight that hard during each race, we will have great results at the FCSAA and NJCAA events," noted Morgan. "It was brutally hot and humid and we ran with a purpose. Very proud of everyone's effort."
The top five (scoring) finishers placed in the top 10 for the ladies. Rachel Horsford (fourth), Giannina Rodriguez (seventh), Darcy Cernansky (8th) and Liliana Flores (10th) joined Harvill in the scoring. Elijah Palmer (8th), Ben Bradley (11th), Robert Bellamy (16th) and Marc Rodriguez (22nd) all joined Egerton in the scoring for the men.

Seminole will next travel to Jacksonville for the UNF Invite on September 13th.
