SANFORD, Florida - Coach Christa Teno's comment about the #1 (NJCAA) Raiders finish in Jacksonville says it all, "we are where we need to be, but not where we are going to be." Seminole State finished 10th out of 14 teams. There were a lot of good things and a few that need to be addressed over the next few weeks of practice and certainly by late April/mid May.

Now the Raider will take nearly a month off from tournament play. Seminole will travel to Dade City, March 12-14 for the Spring Break Shootout hosted by Western Kentucky University.

- Seminole State Golf has finished in the top 3 in the Nation every year since 2009 and was #1 in the NJCAA at the time of cancellation of the 2019-20 season
- The 2022 National Championships were hosted by Seminole State College at Mayfair Country Club (May 9-12).
- The four Sophomores from the 2022 team all committed to playing at NCAA Division I UniversitiesÂ
- The 2022-23 team returns one All-Americans from 2021-22 (Ayami Takahashi)
- Coach Christa Teno was named LPGA Coach of the Year (2018) and inducted into the NJCAA Golf Hall of Fame (May 2017)
