The Seminole State College Lady Raiders opened their season with a strong showing, claiming second place out of eight teams at their annual Fall Warm Up Tournament, held September 8–9 at Rio Pinar Golf Course.
Despite heavy rain creating difficult playing conditions throughout the two-day event, the Lady Raiders battled through the challenges to secure a solid finish. Stetson University captured the team title with a +12 score, while Seminole State followed closely behind in second at +24.
Individually, sophomore standout Asitha Ashok led the way for Seminole State, finishing in 4th place overall with just three strokes over par.
The Lady Raiders' performance sets a strong tone for the season ahead as they continue to build momentum against tough competition.
