The Lady Raiders will be under new leadership for the Spring 2026 season as last year's assistant coach, Rachel Minier, steps into the role of interim head coach.

Minier is no stranger to Seminole State, having played for the Raiders from 2013–2015 before continuing her academic and athletic journey at Nova Southeastern University in 2016, where she earned her MBA, and later at Rollins College in 2017. She brings a wealth of experience, having coached high school and travel ball throughout Central Florida prior to joining the Raiders' coaching staff in 2024.

When asked what she's most excited about this season, Minier said, "continuing the legacy that Courtney Miller built."

Speaking of the legendary Courtney Miller, Seminole State will honor her incredible contributions at the dedication of Courtney Miller Field on January 24 at 12 p.m. Don't miss this special event celebrating one of the greatest in Raider history.
