Seminole State College

Justin Bretz joined the Seminole State College of Florida sports medicine staff in 2021 through the college's partnership with Orlando Health. As Senior Athletic Trainer, he provides medical coverage, injury evaluation, rehabilitation services, and evidence-based treatment plans for Seminole State's student-athletes.

Bretz earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Wright State University and is both a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT). His diverse background in high-level athletics and professional performance enables him to bring a unique perspective to injury prevention, biomechanics, athletic performance, and recovery.

A lifelong martial artist, Bretz has more than 24 years of experience in Taekwondo and has competed as a Team USA Alternate and Team USA National Collegiate Team member. In addition to his work in sports medicine, he remains active in Central Florida's entertainment industry as a professional dancer, performing for theme parks and special events throughout the region.
