Randy Duncan enters his third season on the Seminole State baseball staff.
Head Coach Mike Nicholson named Duncan as first base coach and outfield coach for the 2017-18 season. In 2018-19 Duncan took over duties as catching instructor.
Duncan will take over the new position of Coordinator of Analytics and Stats for the Raiders in 2019-20.
Duncan was a standout catcher/first baseman as a high-schooler in Jupiter, FL. Duncan previously coached as an Assistant Coach at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD for 3 seasons.
Duncan earned his bachelor’s degree from Newberry College in Business Administration and his master’s degree from American InterContinental University in Information Technology.
Coach Duncan retired from the Navy after a 30 year career. He resides in Oviedo with his wife Lori.
